Activate online access
If you purchased your subscription directly online, you already have a username and a password.
- Click on the “Claim Access” link on your journal’s homepage
- Enter the email address with which you have been registered
You will immediately receive a new temporary password
If your subscription is part of your membership to a Scientific Society follow these steps:
- Click on the “Claim Access” link on your journal’s homepage
- Enter the email address with which you have been registered
You will immediately receive a new temporary password
- Log in with your temporary password
- Go to your personal area and change your password
- Go to your personal area and change your password
Please be aware that the email address your society supplies to us is the one you will use to access the journal.
If you have changed your email address, please contact our Customer Service and supply your NAME and SURNAME and the Journal you subscribe to.
